Customer story · Avenue5 portfolio
Services on from opening day, and a revenue line ownership sees every month.
Simone Society, Avenue5 Residential.
Services from day one
The problem
What the building was up against.
A new community in a large portfolio, with residents who wanted hospitality-grade services and a management company that wanted to see whether on-demand services could become a real revenue line instead of a perk nobody used.
What was deployed
The modules that went live.
- The full ElevateOS services marketplace from opening day
- Housekeeping, personal training, massage, pet care and handyman, staffed and managed by ElevateOS
- Booking and payment in the branded app
- Revenue share reported in the portal
The result
On-demand services became a real revenue line, and the reference the rest of the Avenue5 portfolio looks to.
Services from day one
We turned services on the day we opened and never treated them as an add-on. Residents book the cleaner the way they book a ride. Ownership sees the share every month, and the rest of the portfolio is asking how we did it.
