Connect · PMS Sync
Sits on top of Yardi. And six others.
Two-way sync of residents and leases with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, Rent Manager and MRI. Credentials provision from the PMS to the lock system. Work orders write back. Sync logs on every connection.
The problem
Yardi is non-negotiable. So is a resident app that knows who lives in 4B.
The PMS is the system of record and it isn't going anywhere. The resident app that ignores it becomes a second directory nobody maintains: wrong names, old leases, keys that outlive the resident. ElevateOS treats the PMS as the source of truth. Residents, leases and applicants come from it. Keys, revokes and work orders flow back to it.
How it works
Sync, provision, write back.
- 1Residents, leases and applicants sync from the PMS to ElevateOS, with category and location filters where the PMS supports them.
- 2ElevateOS provisions what the lease implies: the app invitation, the keys, the amenity access, the move-in checklist.
- 3Work orders and resident activity write back where the PMS supports it.
- 4Every sync is logged, so IT can see what moved and when.
Deep dive
A lease in the PMS is a key on a phone.
The PMS creates the resident. ElevateOS sends the activation email, the move-in checklist and the credential to the lock system. The resident's first login already has the door in it. At lease end, the credential dies and the account deactivates. Staff never provision a key, encode a fob or delete a user by hand.
Deep dive
Seven platforms, one app.
A portfolio on Yardi in one region and RealPage in another runs one resident experience, one staff app and one regional dashboard. The PMS stays whatever it is. The resident never knows.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask on the first call.
Does ElevateOS sit on top of the PMS?
Yes. ElevateOS sits on top of Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, Rent Manager and MRI and uses the PMS as the system of record.
Is the PMS sync two-way?
Residents and leases sync two-way. Work orders write back where the PMS supports it, and credentials are provisioned from the PMS data to the access system.
Can one portfolio run two PMS platforms on ElevateOS?
Yes. ElevateOS runs one resident app and one portal across both. The PMS differs by building, and the experience doesn't.
Can IT see what synced from the PMS?
Yes. Sync logs for residents and leases exist on every connection.
What syncs from Yardi?
Residents, leases and custom records. Work orders write back where supported.
What happens in the resident app when a lease ends in the PMS?
The credential is revoked and the account deactivates. Staff never delete a user by hand.
Does a new resident have to be added by hand?
No. The PMS creates the resident, and ElevateOS sends the activation email, the move-in checklist and the credential.
How is PMS integration priced?
Pricing is per unit, scoped to the modules the property turns on. Pricing can start at $0 depending on setup, paired with a revenue share.
