Guests get in. Everyone else doesn't.
ElevateOS is apartment visitor management with guest access built in. Residents register guests and vendors themselves, PINs and passes are issued automatically through every connected access system, staff get notified at check-in and every visit is logged. Elevate Pass turns a guest invite into a door that opens.
The problem
The guest log is a notebook, and the dog walker has a key under the mat.
Residents hand out fobs. Vendors get buzzed in by whoever's at the desk. The cleaner who comes every Tuesday has been "a guest" for two years. Nobody can say who was in the building last Thursday at 9pm, and the front desk is making judgment calls at the door with a line forming. Visitors on ElevateOS are registered, verified, admitted and logged, with the resident doing the work.
How it works
Invite, verify, admit, log.
- 1The resident registers the guest or vendor in the app, once or on a schedule, including monthly ranges for the recurring cleaner.
- 2The guest gets a pass with a verification code; where the access system supports it, a visitor PIN or key is issued automatically.
- 3The guest checks in at the desk or at the door; staff are notified.
- 4The visit is logged against the pass.

Deep dive
The vendor who comes every Tuesday.
Recurring permissions mean the cleaner, the dog walker and the physical therapist get in on their schedule and nowhere else. The resident sets it once. The access system issues the PIN. The log shows every entry. When the resident moves out, the vendor's access ends with the lease.
Deep dive
The desk knows before the doorbell rings.
Staff see the day's expected guests in Staff App, get a notification at check-in and can call the resident from the same screen. No notebook, no "let me call up," no guessing.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask on the first call.
Can residents register their own guests?
Yes. Residents register guests and vendors in the app with one-time, recurring or monthly-range permissions, and the guest receives a pass with a verification code. The front desk never has to take the call.
Do guests get a PIN or a key?
Yes. ElevateOS issues visitor PINs, mobile keys, QR passes and fobs through every connected lock, access control and intercom system, from the unit door to the garage gate. Where the access system supports it, the PIN is issued automatically.
Is every visit logged?
Yes. Every pass has a visit log, and staff are notified at check-in. You can say who was in the building last Thursday at 9pm.
What happens to vendor access at move-out?
It ends with the lease. Recurring permissions are tied to the resident, so deactivation revokes them. The cleaner's Tuesday PIN stops working the day the resident leaves.
Can a vendor have a recurring or monthly-range permission?
Yes. Residents set one-time, recurring or monthly-range permissions for vendors like the cleaner or the dog walker. The access system issues the PIN on that schedule and nowhere else.
What is Elevate Pass?
Elevate Pass is the guest pass flow from the resident app to a visitor access experience. A guest invite becomes a door that opens, with the visit logged against the pass.
Do staff get notified when a guest checks in?
Yes. Staff get a notification in the Staff App the moment a guest checks in at the desk or the door. The day's expected guests are on the same screen.
