The platform

One platform. Four pillars. Every part of the building.

ElevateOS is the resident experience platform for apartment communities: one app, one vendor, one login. A branded resident app, Staff App, web portal and signage feed run on the PMS and hardware you already own. One app for residents. One login for staff. One invoice for the owner.

The problem

Your residents have twelve apps. Your team has twelve logins.

The typical community pays 8 to 12 vendors for software that doesn't talk to itself. Rent in one app, the door in another. Packages, parking, thermostats, amenities and events each have their own login, support line and renewal. Residents stop using half of them. Staff never stop being asked about them. ElevateOS is the one app, and the one platform underneath it.

Integrations

Keep the PMS. Keep the hardware. We connect them.

ElevateOS connects to Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, Rent Manager and MRI. Residents and leases sync two-way and work orders write back. 50+ integrations connect the locks, intercoms, thermostats, lockers and elevators already installed. Credentials follow the PMS and the access system through move-in and move-out.

Pricing

Turn on what you need. Pay for what you turn on.

Modules are chosen per building. A garden community runs packages, maintenance and announcements while a tower runs all four pillars. Services are optional and resident-paid. Pricing is per unit, scoped to the modules you turn on. Pricing can start at $0 depending on setup, paired with a revenue share.

Why ElevateOS

Proof

One platform in one real building.

Optima Signature in Chicago consolidated six resident portals into one app. Rent, the door, packages, amenities, the intercom and events came together. Front desk questions about which app to use went to zero.

FAQ

What is the ElevateOS platform?

ElevateOS is a resident experience platform for apartment communities. Four pillars, Engage, Operate, Connect and Concierge, are delivered through a branded resident app, a Staff App, a web portal and digital signage. It connects to the PMS and hardware the building already owns.

Do residents and staff use the same app?

Residents use the branded resident app. Staff use the Staff App and web portal with their own accounts and role-based access.

Can we turn on only some modules?

ElevateOS modules are chosen per building. Pricing is per unit and scoped to the modules you turn on.

Are the on-demand services required?

ElevateOS services are optional, resident-paid and staffed by ElevateOS. The owner shares the revenue where services are on.
