Engage · Inbox & Chat
Every resident message. One inbox. Nothing missed.
ElevateOS resident inbox and chat puts every resident message in one place, routed to the team that owns it. Front desk, maintenance and leasing answer from the Staff App or the portal, so nothing gets missed and every answer is on record. Optima Signature consolidated six resident portals into one.
The problem
Residents message on four channels and expect one answer.
Text to the manager's cell, email to the office, a DM on the building's social page, a note at the desk. Nobody knows which was answered. The resident knows it wasn't. The leak becomes a flood because the request sat in someone's phone. The silence becomes a one-star review. When something goes wrong, there is no record of who said what. And a resident who can't get an answer starts shopping at renewal.
How it works
Message, route, answer.
- 1The resident messages from the app.
- 2The message lands in the right team inbox: front desk, maintenance or leasing.
- 3Staff answer from the staff app or portal with a saved reply or a fresh one, and leave an internal note for the next shift.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask on the first call.
Which staff see which messages?
Each team inbox in ElevateOS is scoped by role. Front desk, maintenance and leasing see the messages routed to them, not every conversation in the building.
Are residents already set up when we launch?
Yes. ElevateOS syncs residents and leases two-way with every connected PMS, all seven of them: Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, Rent Manager and MRI. Residents can message the building from day one, without a manual import.
Can residents message about maintenance here?
Yes. A work order can be opened from the thread. The resident keeps one conversation and the maintenance team gets the request.
Is there a record?
Yes. ElevateOS keeps every thread with its full history and internal notes. When a dispute comes up, the record is already there.
Can we measure response time?
Yes. Chat analytics show response time by team and by building. Regional managers see which desk is fast and which one needs help.
Who on the team can reply?
ElevateOS uses role-based access, so every staff member replies only in the inboxes their role covers. A regional manager sees the whole region while a front desk agent sees only their building.
Do residents need another app to message the building?
No. Residents message from the same white-labeled resident app they use for rent, doors, packages, amenities and services. One app replaces the separate logins, so every message arrives in one place.
