Sell out the rooftop.

ElevateOS resident event software fills the calendar, sells the tickets and checks residents in at the door. Property teams post an event once and it reaches the app, push, the lobby screen and a targeted announcement. Run your own events, or hand them to Resivents and skip the Sunday-night planning. The Victor booked $32,000+ in amenity and event income in a single month.

The problem

The event was great. Eleven people came.

The flyer went up in the mail room. The email went to everyone and was read by no one. The RSVP was a reply-all. Nobody knew the yoga class was weekly. And the manager who planned it did so on a Sunday night, for free. Events are the best retention tool in the building and the worst-run.

How it works

Post, fill, check in.

  1. 1Create the event or class in the portal: date, capacity, tickets, guest allowance, recurrence.
  2. 2It lands on the resident calendar, in a push notification, on the lobby screen and in a targeted announcement.
  3. 3Residents RSVP or buy tickets in the app.
  4. 4Staff check them in from Staff App at the door.

Deep dive

Events, planned by people whose whole job is events.

Resivents is the events arm of ElevateOS. A dedicated planner per property. A marketing kit with flyers, emails and social posts. Setup and breakdown. A self-serve catalog in the portal your manager books from: wine tastings, rooftop yoga, dog socials, holiday markets, trivia, chef nights. Your team shows up and takes the credit. 200,000+ events and classes have run on the platform.

Deep dive

The event that pays for itself.

Paid tickets turn the chef night and the rooftop concert into revenue. Ticket types, guest tickets and a convenience fee the resident pays. The Victor booked $32,000+ in amenity and event income in a single month. The calendar stops being a cost center.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask on the first call.

Can residents buy tickets in the app?

Yes. ElevateOS Advanced Ticketing sells paid and free tickets, ticket types and guest tickets inside the resident app. Residents pay where they found the event, with no separate ticketing site.

Can we run recurring classes?

Yes. ElevateOS runs classes and recurring series with sign-up limits, attendance tracking and removed-attendee tracking. Set the series once and every session fills from the same listing.

Who plans the events?

Your team can, from the portal. Or Resivents, the ElevateOS events arm, plans, staffs, markets and runs them from a catalog your manager books from.

How do residents find out?

Every event reaches residents through the app calendar, push notifications, targeted announcements and the lobby signage. All four are fed from the same event record, so nobody writes it twice.

Who pays the convenience fee on paid events?

The resident does. ElevateOS applies a configurable resident-paid convenience fee on paid events, so ticketing doesn't cost the property.

Can residents bring guests?

Yes. Each event sets a guest allowance, and Advanced Ticketing sells guest tickets. Staff see every guest on the attendee list at check-in.

How does a manager book a Resivents event?

The manager books it from a self-serve catalog in the portal. Resivents then assigns a dedicated planner, sends a marketing kit and handles setup and breakdown.

Can each building in a portfolio run its own calendar?

Yes. ElevateOS targets events by building, tag or segment, so every building runs its own calendar. A portfolio-wide event can still go to every building at once.

Sell out a rooftop event on your branding, live in the demo.

In the demo you post a chef night, watch it land on the resident calendar and the lobby screen, buy a resident and a guest ticket in the app and check the resident in from the Staff App. Then book a Resivents event straight from the portal catalog.
