Separate intercom, lock, thermostat, locker and parking apps mean separate logins, separate password resets and separate support calls, and a resident who stops using half of them. Connect puts every device in one resident app and provisions the credentials from the PMS, so the hardware stays and the app count drops to one.

How it works
Lease to key to revoke, with nobody in the loop.
The resident is created in Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, Rent Manager or MRI.
Connect provisions the credential to whatever is on the door: a BLE key, a network key, a PIN or a fob, in the format that system expects.
The key lands in the resident app with the unit, the lobby, the gym and the garage as favorites and a one-tap unlock on the home screen.
The lease ends, the credential dies the same minute, and the audit trail records it.

Built for the day the network goes down.
A key that needs Wi-Fi is a key that fails in the garage. Connect caches keys on the phone and opens the door over Bluetooth when there's no signal and when the server is down. Device binding means a credential can't be cloned to a second phone. Instant revoke means a former resident's key dies on deactivation, not on the next sync. Every event lands in an audit trail the regional team can read.

Which lock brands work with ElevateOS?
SALTO KS and Space, dormakaba, igloohome, Latch, RemoteLock, Rently, PointCentral, Schlage, Yale and ASSA ABLOY Visionline. If yours isn't listed, tell us the brand; it's usually a request away.
Does ElevateOS replace our intercom?
No. It integrates the one on the wall, on ELEVATE Intercom, ButterflyMX, Swiftlane, 2N, Comelit, Aiphone, DoorBird, Akuvox and more, so calls, video and door release run in the resident app.
How do credentials get from our PMS to the locks?
Residents and leases sync from Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio, Rent Manager or MRI, and Connect provisions the credential to the access system automatically. At move-out it's revoked the same minute.
Do mobile keys work without signal?
Yes. Core keyless functions run over Bluetooth with no signal and no server, with device binding and instant revoke still in force.
Can we run different brands across the portfolio?
Yes. One resident app and one keyless dashboard across buildings on different lock, intercom and PMS systems.
Will it work with hardware we buy next year?
Yes. Specify from the catalog and it's connected on day one; specify something new and we build the integration, usually in weeks.
Is there a per-door fee?
Not on ELEVATE Intercom, and not from ElevateOS on any integrated device. Third-party brands keep their own hardware contracts.
What if our hardware isn't listed?
Tell us the brand, the model and the building. The integration team confirms whether it's live, pending or on request, and on request means we build it.
