The problem
The locks are the reason you haven't switched apps.
Every building that hates its resident app keeps it for one reason: the locks are tied to it, and changing the app means reprogramming every door, retraining every tech and re-enrolling every resident. ElevateOS was built so the locks are never the reason. It talks to the lock the way the lock expects, and the PMS tells it what to provision.
How it works
The PMS says who. The lock says how. ElevateOS does the rest.
- 1Resident and lease sync from the PMS.
- 2ElevateOS provisions the credential to the lock system in the format that system uses: BLE key, network key, PIN or fob.
- 3The key appears in the resident app; staff issue a physical fob from Staff App if the resident wants one.
- 4At move-out, everything is revoked and logged.
