TV & Digital Signage
The lobby screen that updates itself.
Lobby, amenity and elevator displays fed directly by your announcements, events and package alerts. Set it per location once. Nobody on staff is the TV person anymore.
The problem
The lobby TV is a slideshow someone made in 2023.
Every building has a screen. Almost every screen shows the same slides it showed last quarter, because updating it means a USB stick and a free afternoon. Meanwhile the real information, tonight's event, the pool closure, the packages waiting, is in the app and not on the wall.
How it works
Post once. It's on the wall.
- 1An announcement, an event or a package alert is created in the portal or Staff App.
- 2The signage app picks it up for the screens it's assigned to.
- 3The lobby, the gym and the elevator each show what's relevant to where they are. Per-location settings decide what goes where.
What it shows
What it shows
- Announcements
- Events and classes with RSVP prompts
- Package pickup alerts
- Amenity availability
- Community group highlights
- Weather and transit
- Property branding and welcome messages
Proof
Numbers from the platform.
The signage app runs on the same announcements and events residents see in the app, so the wall and the phone always agree.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask on the first call.
What screens does it run on?
The ElevateOS TV app runs on connected displays in lobbies, amenity spaces and elevators. The ElevateOS team confirms the specific display hardware during the demo.
Do we have to update the screens separately?
No. Screens pull from the announcements, events and package alerts already in the platform. Per-location settings decide what each screen shows.
Can different screens show different content?
Yes. The gym screen can show class schedules while the lobby shows packages and events.
Is signage included?
The TV app is part of the platform. Hardware is the property's.
What content can the lobby screen show?
Announcements, events and classes with RSVP prompts, package pickup alerts, amenity availability, community group highlights, weather, transit and property branding. Per-location settings decide which of them each screen shows.
Do package alerts appear on the lobby screen?
Yes. Package pickup alerts from the platform show on the screens assigned to them, so residents see what's waiting as they walk through the lobby.
Does the signage match what residents see in the app?
Yes. The signage app runs on the same announcements and events residents see in the app, so the wall and the phone always agree.
