Connect · Keyless Access

The phone is the key. Even with no signal.

ElevateOS is multifamily keyless entry with apartment mobile keys in the building's own app. One key opens every connected door, even with no signal. Keys are provisioned from the PMS and revoked at move-out, with no extra lock app.

The problem

Keyless was supposed to simplify things. Then it shipped with its own app.

The lock came with an app. The front door came with another. Staff provision credentials by hand at move-in and forget them at move-out. Residents have a key on their phone and still can't tell which app it's in. Keyless on ElevateOS is one key, in the building's app, provisioned by the PMS.

How it works

Lease to key to revoke, with nobody in the loop.

  1. 1The resident is created in Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio or Rent Manager.
  2. 2ElevateOS provisions the credential to every connected lock and access system on the door.
  3. 3The key lands in the resident app with the unit, the lobby, the gym and the garage as favorites.
  4. 4The lease ends, the credential is revoked the same minute, and the audit trail records it.

What's included

What's included in multifamily keyless entry

Mobile keys over Bluetooth and network

One key works at the door, online or not.

Favorite doors and a one-tap Unlock Door widget on the home screen

The resident's doors are one tap from the lock screen.

Offline mode: core keyless works with no signal and no server

The garage opens even where the signal dies.

Device binding and device switching

One credential lives on one phone, and moves when the phone does.

Re-login limiter against credential sharing

A key cannot be passed around by sharing a login.

Instant revoke on resident deactivation or move-out

A former resident's key dies the same minute.

Guest and staff keys, physical fob issuing and visitor PINs where the lock supports it

Everyone who needs a door gets the right credential.

Keyless analytics by door and by resident

Every unlock is on record for the regional team.

Deep dive

Built for the day the network goes down.

A key that needs Wi-Fi is a key that fails in the garage. ElevateOS caches keys on the phone and opens the door over Bluetooth when there's no signal and when the server is down. Device binding means a credential can't be cloned to a second phone. Instant revoke means a former resident's key dies on deactivation, not on the next sync. Every event lands in an audit trail the regional team can read.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask on the first call.

Which locks does ElevateOS keyless work with?

ElevateOS keyless works with 16 lock and access brands, listed with live status in the Works with grid on this page. Unit locks and common-area readers run on the same mobile key.

Does the key work without signal?

Yes. Core keyless functions work over Bluetooth when the phone is offline and when the server is unreachable.

How are keys provisioned?

Keys are provisioned from the PMS. Residents and leases sync from Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio and Rent Manager, and ElevateOS provisions the credential to the access system automatically.

What happens at move-out?

The credential is revoked instantly on deactivation or lease end. The audit log records the revoke.

Can a resident share a mobile key with someone else?

No. Device binding ties each credential to one phone, and a re-login limiter blocks sharing through a shared login. Device switching moves the key when the resident gets a new phone.

Can guests, staff and visitors get access too?

Yes. ElevateOS issues guest and staff keys, physical fobs and visitor PINs where the lock supports them. Every credential is revoked from the same place.

Does one key cover unit locks and common-area readers?

Yes. The unit lock, the lobby, the gym and the garage sit on the same key as favorite doors. Common-area readers and unit locks connect through their own integrations behind one app.

Is there an audit trail for keyless access?

Yes. Keyless analytics show every event by door and by resident. Provisioning and revokes land in an audit trail the regional team can read.
