What Is an Apartment Resident Pool Access App?

A resident pool access app lets apartment residents see pool hours, book a time and open a connected pool door from the same app on their phone.

A resident pool access app pairs the booking with the door

Residents usually need two things at the pool: a time to use it and a way in. ElevateOS lists every amenity in the branded resident app with its open times. Residents book, accept the terms and add guests in the app. Amenity doors open through any connected access control system. When the pool door is connected, the booking and the door open in the same app.

Operators issue access from the lease instead of by hand

ElevateOS provisions a resident's mobile credential from the property management system when the resident and lease are created. One mobile credential opens the common doors connected to the building's access control system. At move-out, the credential is revoked and the revocation is logged. Every access event is recorded in an audit trail, so regional teams can see who opened which door and when.

ElevateOS keeps the pool key on the resident's phone

ElevateOS runs keyless access in the building's own resident app. Core keyless functions work over Bluetooth when the phone is offline and when the server is unreachable. Residents can also open a door from a one-tap Unlock Door widget on the home screen. Visitor PINs are issued through the building's access system when residents register guests. Digital signage can show pool status on screens residents pass.

Separate pool access from pool booking

The access control integration page explains one mobile credential for common doors and the audit trail. The keyless access page covers keyless doors that work offline and the home-screen widget. Amenity access control software describes who may use shared spaces and when. Resident app with access control explains how door access fits inside a resident app. Together, these pages separate who may enter the pool from when it can be booked.
