Getting started
How do residents get the ElevateOS app?
ElevateOS gives each property one white-labeled app branded for the building. Residents receive an invite when their record syncs from the PMS.
Where do staff log in?
ElevateOS staff and residents log in at app.elevatedliving.com. The full help center lives inside the app after you log in.
Is the resident app branded to the community?
Yes. Residents see the community's name, logo and colors, not the ElevateOS brand.
How long does it take to launch ElevateOS?
Launch timing depends on the integrations and hardware involved, and a software-only launch moves faster than one that includes new access hardware. Every property gets a dated rollout plan at kickoff, and ElevateOS runs it with the onsite team.
How do residents get set up?
Resident data comes over from the PMS, and automated onboarding gets every resident into the app from move-in. New residents are set up without the onsite team chasing anyone.
Who supports residents day to day?
The ElevateOS resident service concierge team handles service bookings and resident questions about services. Those calls never reach the leasing office.
How do property teams get started with ElevateOS?
Teams book a demo or email sales@elevateos.com. The first call walks through the current stack and shows what consolidating onto ElevateOS looks like for the portfolio.
FAQ
Keyless and access
Does keyless work when the phone has no signal?
Yes. ElevateOS offline mode works over BLE when the phone and the server are both unreachable, on locks that support it.
What happens to a key when a resident moves out?
ElevateOS revokes the credential automatically when the move-out is recorded in the PMS.
Do we have to replace our locks or intercom?
No. ElevateOS integrates with 50+ hardware brands including SALTO, dormakaba, Brivo, ButterflyMX, Schlage, Yale, igloohome, Latch and Honeywell. If a property's hardware isn't on the list, ElevateOS builds the integration.
Does ElevateOS support self-guided tours?
Yes. Prospects tour on their own schedule, with ID verification before they are let in, so the building stays secure for the people who live there.
Can residents give guests access?
Yes, on supported access systems. Residents send a guest a PIN code or a mobile key from the app, depending on the building's lock or intercom brand.
FAQ
Integrations and PMS
Does ElevateOS replace Yardi?
No. ElevateOS sits on top of Yardi and the other major property management systems. Residents and leases sync two-way, credentials flow to the access system and work orders write back.
What if our hardware isn't supported?
ElevateOS builds it. Send the brand, model and building through the integration request form and an engineer replies.
Which property management systems does ElevateOS work with?
Seven: Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio and Rent Manager, with MRI on request. Communities without a PMS run ElevateOS CRM standalone.
How long does a catalog integration take to connect?
Brands in the catalog connect during a standard four-week launch. Residents and leases sync from the PMS as part of it.
Can one portfolio run different lock and PMS brands?
Yes. One resident app and one dashboard work across buildings on different lock, intercom and PMS systems.
FAQ
Security
Is ElevateOS SOC 2 certified?
Yes. ElevateOS is SOC 2 Type II certified. The audit report is available on request.
Where is ElevateOS data hosted?
ElevateOS runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Cloudflare sits in front for DNS and content delivery.
Is data encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS.
What happens to data when a contract ends?
Customer data is deleted within 90 days after the contract ends. Deletion requests are honored before then.
Where can a team read more?
The Security & Trust page covers hosting, access, data handling and testing. The SOC 2 report is shared under NDA on request through the demo page.
