The event

An evening with the Montreal multifamily community

ElevateOS hosted a multifamily networking event in Montreal on October 8, 2026. The guest list brought together real estate developers, property management companies, and the owners and operators who build and run apartment communities.

Guests met on a rooftop terrace overlooking Old Montreal, the Bonsecours Market dome and the Old Port, and the evening ran from golden hour until well after dark.

The program

Conversation, a panel and a view of the Old Port

The evening opened with drinks, a grazing table and passed canapés as guests arrived and met. A DJ played on the terrace through the night, with the Old Port Ferris wheel lit up behind the booth.

After sunset, guests gathered by the bar for a panel discussion, then stayed for more conversation and a group photo.

Who it was for

Built for the teams that build and run buildings

The invitation list focused on the people who choose and run the technology inside apartment buildings: real estate developers planning new communities, property management companies running portfolios, and multifamily owners and operators.

ElevateOS works with these teams as the resident experience operating system: one branded resident app, one Staff App and one platform connected to the hardware and property management systems a building already runs.
