Residents redeem digital gift cards from a national catalog or your own amenity and service rewards. Every redemption happens in the resident app.
Is there a record of every loyalty reward?
Yes. ElevateOS records every reward sent and redeemed. The record lives in the management portal.
Is loyalty the same as move-in and renewal gifts?
No. Loyalty rewards are earned by residents through points. Move-in and renewal gifts are issued by the property from the portal without points; see Move-in & Renewal Concessions.

How does loyalty work with Events and Community?
Events & Ticketing and Community & Groups run in the same resident app as Loyalty & Rewards. Residents who show up to events and take part in groups are the residents the program rewards.
