Mobile Doorman was a resident app. Zego is a payments company. Your resident experience is now a feature inside a billing platform's roadmap. ElevateOS is a resident experience company, independent, with 50+ hardware integrations and a staffed services marketplace.

payments. Rent stays in the PMS; everything else (amenities, services, parking, events) runs through Stripe in the ElevateOS app. Map the two on the first onboarding call.
Four weeks, no forklift.
A typical cutover runs about a month and nothing goes dark. Your onboarding plan will be specific to your buildings; this is the shape.
Week 1, connect the PMS.
Residents and leases sync from Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, AppFolio or Rent Manager. Residents notice nothing yet.
Week 2, connect the hardware.
Locks, intercoms, lockers and thermostats connect to ElevateOS. The old app works in parallel. No lock is reprogrammed.
Week 3, brand and configure.
The home screen, amenities, fees, services catalog and Resivents calendar are set up. Staff get Staff App and training.
Week 4, activate.
Invitation emails go out, residents activate and keys appear on phones. The old app sunsets after an overlap you choose.
You keep: the hardware, the PMS, the staff and the exported history. You change: one app, one login and one invoice.
